Rule Following

• The rules stated below must be adhered to at all times, and failure to do so will result in a disqualified result, or in extreme circumstances, a series or even a “HORC” temporary or permanent ban.

• If the car is suspected of being illegal, it may be requested by race organisers for investigation.

Championship Information + Race Day

• Race formats will be organised in the majority, of a qualifying session for the race followed by the two race’s (Round 1 – Round 2). The Qualifying will be 7 laps, lap one will be to warm-up tyres and to get into space, laps 2-6 will be your hot laps where your fastest time will position you on the grid, lap 7 is a cool down lap were everyone pulls over in the Assemberly Area and lap times will get recorded. Points are scored on the results.

• Race 1 – 12laps - The grid will be based on your qualifying results.

• Race 2 – 12laps - The grid is going to be based on Race one Results but in Reverse to allow the people who find it harder to keep up with the faster races a chance in scoring more points. This will provide some awesome racing.

• You are required to Pit at least once in Both Race’s! You are not allowed to pit on the first lap or on the last 2 laps of the race.

• Race organiser’s word is final, and when decisions are made they must be followed.

• If members post the Race Replay on their storefront then there will be some HORC TV and highlights.

Point Scoring on Race Day
The following denominations will apply to the race:

2nd 95
3rd 90
4th 85
5th 80
6th 75
7th 70
8th 68
9th 66
10th 64
11th 62
12th 60
13th 58
14th 56
15th 54
16th 52
17th 50
18th 48
19th 46
20th 44
21st Onwards, deduction of 1 point per place

There is a Extra point for putting it on Pole Position in Qualifying
Both of these points will apply for both races!

Stewards Enquire

• A steward’s enquiry can be made by any drive or team, the enquiry can be down to reckless driving or if you have suspicion that the car is illegal. The stewards will then ask the driver to send the car over ASAP to check it. We would not like the drives to talk between themselves to try and sort it, we would prefer it if you come straight to the steward’s. Were we will call a meeting between the drivers involved.

• We are going to be very strict on the cars, if you get caught cheating by using a different build then we will take away your two highest points that you have scored so far. You can not use this for a dropped round either. If you get caught again then you will be prohibited from the rest of the season. The telemetry will be watch and then will be decided.

Eligibility To Race

• You must Enter the Clio Cup series by post here “Driver Sign-on”.

• You must be running the number box’s that will be on the PLOW Champion’s Storefront.

• Make sure you have one of the Admins and the official HORC Gamertag (HORC Officials) on your Friend’s list.

• You must have a Racing Licence that has been signed by 2 people; these people have to either be Admins or Moderators.

• Please could you buy the build from PLOW Champion's Storefront. You are aloud to tune, When you go to tune it will ask you to delete the tune, please do so and then go back to upgrade shop and re-buy all the ticked items. This way you will still have the same build but you will just be able to tune.

Safety Cars

• Should 2 or more be involved in a collision, the safety car may be called.

• The safety cars, is the person in the lead, and if called, must slow down to allow competitors to catch-up.

• When in safety card mode you can close up to the person in front of you. Once you have closed the cap, drop to gear 1 and max it out this will allow of a clean and fair restart.

• Once it is clear and all the racers are caught up and in single file, the lead car can floor it whenever they like, but have to have a count down...3...2...1...GO!

• We may allow restarts, that is only if there are 3 cars involved in an accident on the first two corners. This only apples to the first two corners of the first lap.
