Having just only been launched, already HORC is generating alot of interest - Invites have gone out thick and fast to help get this series off the ground as quickly as possible. As members, we would encourage you to invite like minded individuals who love to race cleanly and fairly. We aim to cater for all levels and believe its the competitiveness that makes it a good race, although the race win does help sweeten this!
Having participated in other race series, we decided to set up something a little different. Instead of being told what the rules and regs are, members will be able to vote and have their say on what they want to see. The majority vote wins. This will prevent disagreements from day 1.
To get the series off the ground, the SEAT Supercups will be the first series on which we will build on. It is a great entry level to either those who are new to online organised racing or to the die hard veterens who do nothing but competitive racing!!
As you will be aware from the initial rules for the SEATS, the cars will be stock and so will the tuning. We decided this would make the event very close and exciting, allowing drivers of all levels to get into a competitive car without the worry of having to set it up every race.
The first race is pencilled in towards the end of Jan or the start of Feb to allow all the behind the scenes work to be completed, aswell as allowing more members to sign up.
We are in the process of giving certain members different responsibilities, this will help with the running of the site as well as helping organise lobbies on race days.
